（中央社澎湖縣7日電）颱風尼伯特直撲而來，澎湖地區已可感受到其外圍的威力，澎湖縣政府災害應變中心上午提升為二級開設，人員進駐，全力做好防颱整備。
受到颱風尼伯特外圍環流影響，澎湖對外與島內的海空交通，中午過後都將陸續取消，航行高馬航線臺華輪今天上午載了近400名旅客和近50部大小車輛返台，航行嘉義布袋的交通船，也在中午過後駛返嘉義後停航。
澎湖車船處所屬的「南海之星」與「南海之星2號」，延航高雄和望安七美等離島，也都在中午過後提前返港避風。
澎湖地區今天雖還是艷陽高照，但中午過後，隱約可感受颱風尼伯特的威力，風勢有逐漸增強的趨勢，民眾要做好防颱準備。1050707
